Spent £££ on a bathroom to be supplied and fitted by Wickes. Some issues following the fitting and have made repeated attempts to have Wickes resolve them - no luck after weeks on contacting them via different channels - they just never get back to you - they take you money and run. Think again before using this company.

First I had to pay in full but kitchen wasn't able to be fitted for 3 months 2nd they promised certain items that then had to be changed3rd it was cancelled again for another week , because you couldn't supply the counters ! After 12 weeks on order? Please don't try and blame covid because if you couldn't supply you shouldn't be taking orders

The delivery was very good. A shame unable to deliver a door frame despite it being in stock.The website needs improvement though better than B&Q which is pathetic.

On 26 March 2021, I placed an order for multiple items which included 20 rolls of Rolawn Medallion Grass Turf. This item I was informed would be delivered within 14 days of order confirmation which I received shortly after placing and paying for the order online (note, it did not specify working days).Due to it being a perishable product, I booked a few days off work around what should have been the delivery day. I allowed a few days grace around the delivery date as the Easter weekend would have likely interrupted the "schedule" so to speak.After not receiving the product, and having no contact by Wickes or their supplier, I have spent the past 2-3 weeks chasing via Live Chat and Telephone to find out what is happening. Each time I was informed Wicked would contact the supplier and respond within 48 hours. Each time, Wickes / their supplier failed to meet this deadline resulting in me having to continue to chase.At no point have I felt the customer services teams cared about my situation, or the fact that their communication had been abysmal and resulted in the loss of annual leave days. At no point was I offered any form of genuine apology or someone taking my grievance on board and attempt to actually resolve it. I have had 2-3 weeks of continually being kicked into the long grass with no resolution in sight. On 28th March, I chased again via the phone line, and was informed the supplier was out of stock. Why had it taken them a month to inform me of this?!Today, 1st May 2021 I contacted their customer service team to cancel my order and request a refund, to which I was told the refund is handled by the supplier and could take up to 14 days. I argued this wasn't good enough due to the circumstances of poor customer service / lack of communication, and was met with a severe lack of empathy or care.I also enquired about any form of compensation as I have had to continually chase my order (which has been paid for), and been let down numerous times and lost annual leave days. All due to non-existent communication. Wickes Customer Services has been next to no help, with uncaring people who will not do anything to actually help you.TLDR; Ordered perishable product, order didn't arrive. Chased Wickes for almost a month, with no communication and continually 'kicked into long grass'. No empathy or sympathy to the inconvenience caused, quoted T&Cs when requested some form of compensation for the loss of annual leave days and non-existent communication when I cancelled my order.Thank you for reading.

We had our kitchen designed and fitted by Wickes. Wendy was our design consultant and she was great from start to finish. So helpful with the designs and any changes we wanted. Quick to respond and support throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble. Gary our fitter was also great. Very efficient and good communication throughout the fitting. The finished product is better than we ever expected and the quality seems really good. We are very happy with the final outcome and could not recommend them enough.

The delivery was on time and in good condition. The driver was very helpful.

We had a kitchen designed, supplied and fitted by Wickes in 2014, we choose Wickes because the kitchen came with a 10 year guarantee, the contact we signed was with Wickes. Now 6 years later the doors that were a brilliant white gloss are now an off white, we have been in discussions with customer services since December, we have been told that the guarantee does not include fitting, we have received a quantity of doors and radius pelmets but not drawer fronts or lengths of pelmet. We have had to delay our kitchen fitter as we do not to want to fit half a job. We are still trying to get Wickes to fulfil their obligation to us and at present have a pile of boxes in the conservatory. We feel that the logo “Let’s get it right” does not apply the the guarantee, so if you are thinking of investing a large amount of money in a Wickes kitchen I would think again. A very poor service received.

Even though they ask about what floor you live and if you have an elevator, they just leave it curb-side. Purposely misrepresenting the service and tricking customers. Yes, we have covid but it's literally 5 min job to change the copy on the order form. And we've had covid over a year now. No excuse.

Rebecca the kitchen designer at Wickes Swindon was very helpful and had some clever designs. We changed our minds about the layout but she was patient and helpful and gave us a lot of time and patience.

Just bought some GU10 bulbs - went to wickes the following morning and walked in - had to ask where click and collect was as signage seemed to be non existent. Quality of bulbs were excellent with an excellent price.Good social distancing and good clean store.

Julie Barrett from the Dorking branch gets 5 stars for a superb design and attention to detail. Our kitchen was fitted by LPM4U(Hunar) who also gets 5 stars both for an excellent, hassle-free fit and support throughout. Both I cannot recommend highly enough. Superb. However, in terms of the delivery of the kitchen I would say this was very poor indeed with no advance thought by the delivery side or advice taken into consideration resulting in a failed delivery and a stressful 2 day delay .
